By enrolling in The Iconic Era (“Membership”) by Nadja Amelie LTD, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement under Cyprus and EU law.

To join this Membership, you must be 18 years or older. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Membership Access & Use
• The Iconic Era is a 12-month digital membership providing access to courses, audios, meditations, hypnosis tracks, EFT tools, and mindset resources.
• Your access is for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of content is strictly prohibited. All content remains the intellectual property of Nadja Amelie LTD.

4. Payment Authorization

By signing up, you authorize Nadja Amelie LTD to process payments via its secure payment processor (e.g. ThriveCart or Stripe) for either the full Membership fee or installment plan.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Missed payments may result in suspension or termination of access until the account is settled.

5. Automatic Renewal

This Membership automatically renews every 12 months unless canceled.
You authorize Nadja Amelie LTD to charge your saved payment method on the renewal date unless you cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your membership and prevent renewal, you must email:
support@nadjaamelie.com
at least 3 business days before your renewal date.

Your email must include:
• Your full name
• Email address used at checkout
• Date of original purchase (if available)

Late cancellation requests may result in renewal and are non-refundable.

7. Early Termination & Fee

This is a 12-month commitment. If you cancel before the term ends, you will be charged a $299 USD early termination fee.
By agreeing to these Terms, you expressly authorize Nadja Amelie LTD to collect this fee via your stored payment method.

8. Invalid Reasons for Early Termination

The following reasons do not qualify for fee waivers, refunds, or early exits:
• “I’m not using it”
• “I forgot to cancel”
• “My financial situation changed”
• “I expected different results”
• “I’m too busy right now”

9. No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery of digital goods, no refunds are provided under any circumstances.
This is in accordance with EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).

10. Chargebacks & Fraud Claims

If you dispute a valid charge by falsely reporting fraud or initiating a chargeback:
• Nadja Amelie LTD reserves the right to pursue legal action and claim damages.
• We log all access activity, payment details, and IP addresses to protect against fraudulent disputes.
• Chargebacks are considered breach of contract and will incur legal and financial consequences.

All content remains the property of Nadja Amelie LTD. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written consent. Violation may result in legal action.

Total liability under any claim shall not exceed the Membership fee paid.

18. Account Responsibility & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You may not share your account with others. If unauthorized sharing is detected, your access may be suspended or revoked without notice or refund.

19. Right to Revoke Access

Nadja Amelie LTD reserves the right to revoke access to the Membership without refund in cases of:
• Abusive behavior or harassment toward Nadja or community members
• Breach of Terms
• Unauthorized use or distribution of content
• False chargeback or fraud attempts

20. Force Majeure

Nadja Amelie LTD is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, cyberattacks, third-party outages, war, pandemic, or changes in government regulation.

This contract is drafted in English and shall be interpreted accordingly. If translated into another language, the English version prevails in case of conflict.
